Mindful Movement Qigong
Yoga by the Sea Studio OR livestream Zoom
Qigong, rooted in the ancient practices of Traditional Chinese Medicine, is a practice that revolves around the cultivation and harmonization of vital energy, known as qi or chi. Through gentle, standing and seated flowing movements, breathwork, meditation, and visualization techniques, Qigong seeks to balance
the body’s energy flow along meridians and channels, promoting internal harmony, relaxation, and longevity.
It is characterized by its accessibility, making it suitable for individuals of all ages and physical abilities.
Note: Some of the standing exercises can easily be adapted to be done seated.

I am a few weeks away from completing my 200 hour Traditional Qigong Teacher Training with the SomaDao Qigong school. I look
forward to sharing fundamental principles, and some of the forms and flows of Qigong that will assist you in developing more embodied awareness.
