Mindful Movement Qigong
Qigong, rooted in the ancient practices of Traditional Chinese Medicine, is a practice that revolves around the cultivation
and harmonization of vital energy, known as qi or chi. Through gentle, standing and seated flowing movements, breathwork, meditation,
and visualization techniques, Qigong seeks to balance the body’s energy flow along meridians and channels,
promoting internal harmony, relaxation, and longevity.
